i ordered your tea for my clinic as a mess free option to green teas. unfortunately, all your green teas have a similar taste, no flavours, and to my shock, all are sweet! i bought the assorted combo pack and now am dreading it as i dont know how will i ever finish them because of their similar sweetness. How can a Kashmiri Kahwa or Kokum Green Tea be sweet in taste? its literally beyond me!

We have ordered almost a week before but have not received till yet. It's a prepaid order and no response from customer service as well while reaching to them . It's a hamper to give ahead as festival but not received yet. Kindly refund if you're not able to proceed.

Items in my box were drastically fixed, received damaged cups.
