The taste of both chatkara and kokam was great, but the chatkara packaging was all out of place. The masala from the cup was all out of the glass. Overall taste was good but packing needs to improve a little.

I’m absolutely hooked! The addition of kokam flavor makes this tea uniquely delightful. The balance between the gentle, grassy notes of the green tea and the subtly tangy, fruity undertones of kokam creates a wonderfully refreshing taste. What really stands out, is the fragrance—light, soothing, and inviting, it’s the perfect way to unwind after a long day.

i ordered your tea for my clinic as a mess free option to green teas. unfortunately, all your green teas have a similar taste, no flavours, and to my shock, all are sweet! i bought the assorted combo pack and now am dreading it as i dont know how will i ever finish them because of their similar sweetness. How can a Kashmiri Kahwa or Kokum Green Tea be sweet in taste? its literally beyond me!

Awesome product. Seems a little less in a cup. Otherwise it is an innovative product

Items in my box were drastically fixed, received damaged cups.
