When it comes to tulsi as flavours it is more subtle and earthy in nature. And if you have followed the instructions and done 'Pour Swirl Pour'. There are only two reasons why the product couldn't perform:
1. The water was not boiling which in turn doesn't let the tea brew
2. The lot of tea might not be up to mark.
In either of the cases, we would like to offer you a replacement.
